Job Summary: The representative will provide excellent customer service, while assisting customers with a variety of parts needs.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform daily and operational activities in the parts department to include the following, but not limited to:
- Assist customers in identifying parts, ordering manuals and processing part returns
- Obtain price quotes and check availability
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, e-mail or in person
- Place orders with manufacturers for factory direct parts
- File and other miscellaneous office duties
- Other duties as assigned by management
