<li>Assist customers and technicians in identifying the correct parts to meet their needs</li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone</li>
<li>Accurately enter and manage customer and inventory information</li>
<li>Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts</li>
<li>Maintain clean, well-organized displays</li>
<li>Keep customers updated on orders and ensure satisfaction</li>
<li>Take on additional tasks as needed </li>
