Assist retail, wholesale, and internal service customers
Provide accurate parts lookups and recommendations
Supply parts to technicians in a timely manner
Process special orders and backorders
Maintain inventory accuracy and organization
Communicate effectively with advisors and technicians
Support wholesale parts growth initiatives
Deliver exceptional customer service
