Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Springdale, AR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Inspect and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Organize and store inventory in designated locations within the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety procedures and guidelines.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary.
