Kilpatrick is seeking a talented IP Litigation Associate to join our San Francisco office. This position is ideal for an attorney with at least three years of experience in Patent Litigation or Trademark Litigation who is looking to grow their practice within a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in all phases of IP litigation, including pre-filing investigations, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Work closely with clients, experts, and senior attorneys on case strategy
- Manage case files and support a variety of litigation matters
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of IP litigation or general litigation experience
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment
