**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Payne Edinburg Parts Shipping and Receiving associate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately receiving, sorting, and storing incoming parts and shipments, as well as preparing and shipping orders to customers in a timely manner.


**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Proven experience in shipping and receiving, preferably in an automotive or parts environment

- Familiarity with shipping software and inventory management systems

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods


**Responsibilities:**

- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming parts and shipments

- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage of parts

- Prepare orders for shipment by assembling, packing, and labeling items

- Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and track shipments

- Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and completeness

- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts as needed

- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
