Position Summary
Job Description
- Process and reconcile multiple bi-weekly payrolls in a timely manner; coordinating additional payrolls as needed.
- Maintain payroll records for wage garnishments, 401k and other benefit deductions.
- Process and payment of non-standard wages: commissions, bonuses, expense reimbursements, relocation.
- Create reports using ADP Workforce Now Reporting Tools and MS Excel.
- Support Equity compensation vesting and exercise processing.
- Support audit process for both internal and external auditors.
- High level of integrity and maturity essential due to sensitive nature of the information.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and recommend solutions to improve payroll processing function.
- Follow-up on tax filing or payroll problems.
- Reconcile bi-weekly taxes and benefit amounts to ensure seamless receipts
- Reconcile quarterly and annual tax reporting as well as year-end W-2s.
- Assist employees with payroll inquiries.
- Timekeeping system maintenance.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education
High School diploma and 3+ years experience required
Years of Related Experience
- 3+ years of processing payroll in the United States and Canada
- 3+ years of processing high volume payroll (1000+ employees)
- Experience processing payroll within ADP WFN
- Past experience has demonstrated a high level of integrity and maturity
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Detail oriented, organized and able to communicate across functional departments.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, positive attitude and high integrity.
- Computer literacy in MS Office Suite and internet based applications.
- Work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a high level of service.
