We are looking for compassionate, dependable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) and Caregivers to join our growing team in the Lexington area. If you enjoy helping others remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including:

  • Bathing and personal hygiene assistance
  • Dressing and grooming
  • Toileting and incontinence care
  • Mobility assistance and transfers
  • Meal preparation and feeding assistance
  • Medication reminders
  • Light housekeeping
  • Laundry and linen changes
  • Grocery shopping and errands
  • Companionship and emotional support
  • Transportation to appointments when applicable

Qualifications

  • Compassionate, caring, and dependable
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Reliable transportation preferred
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Previous PCA, caregiver, CNA, HHA, or direct care experience is a plus, but not required
