Position Summary
As a PPF Installer Technician, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles and installing premium paint protection film on a variety of vehicles, from daily drivers to luxury and exotic cars. No prior PPF experience is required for entry-level candidates—we provide training for individuals with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicle surfaces for PPF installation
- Install paint protection film on vehicle panels, bumpers, hoods, mirrors, and other surfaces
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow installation procedures and safety guidelines
- Supplies and inventory control
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Assist with vehicle detailing and preparation as needed
Qualifications
Entry-Level Candidates
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work with your hands and perform precision tasks
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Automotive experience is a plus but not required
Experienced Candidates
- Previous PPF installation experience preferred
- Ability to perform full-front and full-vehicle installations
- Experience with bulk and/or plotter-cut installations
- Strong problem-solving skills and quality-focused workmanship
- Portfolio or examples of previous work preferred
