Requirements
What You’ll Do:
- Lead with Accountability: Take ownership of daily operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and excellence.
- Inspire & Empower: Recruit, train, and support your team with steady, motivating leadership.
- Oversee Operations: Manage scheduling, finances, and administrative functions to ensure smooth, efficient practice operations.

- Promote Excellence: Lead by example, demonstrating genuine care and respect in all interactions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Leadership Experience: HR or office management preferred; dental experience is a plus.
