Job Description

Facilitate internal and online marketing strategy for all divisions of the Company Brands (Peppers Pizzeria, The Pour House, The Party Place at Peppers, Premier Catering & Events, Fresh Market by Premier, Grady V's, MakeSpace Self Storage). Build core relationships with guests through marketing activity and online content. Assist and report directly to Marketing Coordinator.

 

Objectives

  • Fully understand Company’s brand, vision, and mission statement and apply those concepts to decisions and activities. Apply brand consistent knowledge to all marketing activity.
  • Develop content (photographic, video & other) to be utilized on marketing platforms.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the company at internal, community, and charity events. Capture & develop content at such events to be utilized in marketing.
  • Assist in seasonal marketing campaign planning, content, and implementation.

 

Goals & Responsibilities:

  • Gather photography images that fit within brand standards.
  • Attend Marketing Meetings with Marketing Coordinator, Brand Manager and Company Owner
  • Social Media – assist development of strategy in advance of schedule. Develop Schedule at least one month in advance of posting. Execute & monitor postings scheduled on a daily / weekly basis.
  • Support Campaign Marketing: aid in physical placement of in-house marketing, assist in design work as needed, ensure ground work is done to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Proof all material for accuracy that is published.
  • Answer guest complaints or comments in the appropriate manner or redirect as needed.
  • Assist as needed or available for other areas of Company marketing.
  • Maintain strict honesty and integrity in dealings with Company
  • Carry out social media strategy, staying within budget
  • Organize info & needs regarding special promotions, including calendars and events
  • Develop Loyalty Program
  • Develop Employee Points Incentives
  • Gathering promotional items quotes
  • Staying in contact with location management to stay informed of needs/wants

  • Have basic understanding of the value of general marketing (media, print, etc.) vs. guerilla marketing (neighborhood marketing). Understand the approach for Social Media linking and the value of building strong relationships with our guests.
  • Technology Platforms - Understand how to use MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe Photoshop (basic working knowledge)
  • Office 365, Wrike, other
  • Use Adobe Photoshop, Elements, and Canva for minimal editing / design.
