Press Brake Operator

Cincinnati Metro Metal, LLC is an Ohio Steel Deck manufacturer in the Cincinnati Tri-state area. CMM ships its steel deck for roofing companies and material handling distributors nationwide.

We are looking for a reliable and dependable Press Brake Operator with or without experience. We will train on the job.

Job Description:

• Retrieves and reviews production orders. Identifies materials and tools needed and clears work area.
• Operates forklift to remove sheet metal from shelves. Pushes and pulls wheeled cart to storage racks and pulls sheet metal from shelves onto cart.
• Adjust machines to accurate dimensions, positions metal to cut, bend or shape as desired. Repeats as needed to create bulk assembly pieces.
• Shapes/bends small cut pieces as required. Operates punch press or drill to make holes as required. Records number of pieces fabricated o production sheet.
• Count and packages pieces in a box and deliver to inventory or to dock for delivery.
• Operates crane’s hand controls to transfer loads from truck to landing zone.
• Daily maintenance for equipment, shop, offices, and exterior.
• Other projects as assigned by manager.

Qualifications

• Some High School education
• Detail oriented
• Safety oriented
• Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings
• Ability to lift above 70 pounds
• Forklift operator and Crane operator certified or willing to obtain certification

Full Time Job – Hours from 7:30AM to 4 PM
