COPE Community Services, Inc. (COPE) is a private, nonprofit healthcare organization. COPE offers comprehensive programs, specialty services, resources, and support to address general mental health and substance abuse issues, serious mental illness, physical healthcare, and wellness concerns. We are looking for a full time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (PCNP) to join our integrated healthcare clinics. The provider is responsible for primary care and preventative services in the assessment and management of physical health conditions. The PCNP position offers an opportunity to work with a high level of independence, in a team based setting. COPE takes pride in our team of providers, and their support staff in maintaining the highest quality of care. The clinic provides behavioral health, peer support, case management, counseling and other support services to adults.
Clinic hours:
- Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, no on-call.
- 32-40 hours per wee
Clinic location:
- Golf Links & Pantano area
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have appropriate license to practice in AZ.
- Work Experience: One (1) year experience in a medical setting that includes working with patients who have serious and persistent medical disorders.
- Must have a current DEA certificate.
