We are seeking a highly creative and experienced
Graphic Designer to join our marketing and creative team. The ideal candidate
will have a strong background in developing compelling visual content across
digital and print channels, including graphic design, illustration, motion
graphics, and video production. This role requires a designer who can translate
marketing objectives into impactful creative assets that strengthen brand
presence, drive engagement, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Design & Branding
- Develop
high-quality visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, websites,
presentations, email marketing, digital advertising, and print collateral. - Create
original illustrations, infographics, visual concepts, and brand assets that
align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. - Maintain and
evolve brand identity across multiple channels and touchpoints. - Collaborate
with marketing, content, and business teams to develop creative concepts and
campaign materials.
Video & Motion Content
- Produce, edit,
and optimize marketing videos for social media, websites, events, and digital
campaigns. - Create motion
graphics, animations, video advertisements, reels, and promotional content. - Manage the
complete video production workflow, including editing, color correction, sound
optimization, and final delivery.
UI & Digital Design
- Design
user-centric digital assets, landing pages, presentations, and marketing
interfaces. - Develop
wireframes, mockups, and visual prototypes when required. - Ensure
consistency in user experience and visual communication across digital
platforms.
AI-Enhanced Creative Production
- Leverage the
latest AI-powered design, illustration, video, and content-generation tools to
improve creative quality, efficiency, and scalability. - Stay current
with emerging AI design technologies and evaluate opportunities for
implementation within creative workflows. - Utilize AI
tools responsibly to accelerate ideation, concept development, image
generation, video enhancement, and production processes.
Creative Leadership
- Provide
creative direction and mentorship to junior designers and creative team
members. - Review
creative output to ensure high-quality standards and brand consistency. - Manage
multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced
environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual
Communication, or related field. - 5+ years of professional experience in
graphic design and visual communication. - Prior experience in a creative agency,
advertising agency, branding agency, or digital marketing agency is highly
preferred. - Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in
branding, marketing design, illustration, and video production. - Excellent understanding of design
principles, typography, color theory, composition, and visual
storytelling. - Expert-level proficiency in Adobe
Creative Suite, Figma, DaVinci Resolve, and other industry-standard design. - Strong
working knowledge of the latest AI-powered creative platforms
