West Monroe is seeking a Principal to help financial services organizations transform customer experiences, modernize operations, and drive business value through Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Agentforce, and AI-enabled solutions. This leader will serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, lead complex transformation programs, drive business development, and contribute to the growth of our Salesforce practice. 

What You Will Do 

  • Lead Salesforce transformation initiatives for banking, wealth management, insurance, and other financial services clients. 
  • Advise executives on Financial Services Cloud, Agentforce, AI, CRM strategy, and customer engagement transformation. 
  • Lead solution design, implementation, and adoption efforts that deliver measurable business outcomes. 
  • Guide clients in leveraging Agentforce, Einstein AI, generative AI, and automation to improve customer experiences and operational efficiency. 
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, synthesize complex information, and support data-driven recommendations for clients, exercising sound judgment in evaluating outputs. 
  • Apply AI technologies (e.g., generative AI, automation tools, data models) to enhance insights, improve delivery efficiency, and elevate the quality of client outcomes. . 
  • Support proposals, solution positioning, and pursuit efforts in collaboration with Salesforce alliance teams and strategic partners. 
  • Support the growth of the Salesforce practice through thought leadership, talent development, and knowledge sharing. 
  • Develop reusable methodologies and best practices related to FSC, Agentforce, and AI-enabled transformation.
  • Lead and mentor junior consultants during delivery and through performance management.

What You Will Bring 

  • 7+ years of consulting, technology, or business transformation experience, including leadership of enterprise Salesforce programs. 
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and financial services business processes. 
  • Experience leading Agentforce, Einstein AI, generative AI, or other AI-enabled Salesforce initiatives. 
  • Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and develop trusted client relationships. 
  • Experience developing transformation strategies, business cases, and technology roadmaps. 
  • Salesforce certifications preferred; FSC and AI-related certifications are a plus. 
  • Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) into day-to-day workflows to enhance productivity and insight generation, coupled with strong critical thinking to assess accuracy, mitigate bias, and ensure high-quality outputs. 
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and quality assurance experience. 
  • Strong communication skills to be able to work with C-level clients. 
  • Ability to travel 25 to 50%.

Based on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role can vary based on your proximity to one of our West Monroe offices (see table below). Information on our competitive total rewards package, including our bonus structure and benefits is here. Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, experience, skills, education, and internal equity.

Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, purchase shares from our employee stock ownership program and be eligible to receive annual bonuses. Employees will also receive unlimited flexible time off and ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Eligibility for ten weeks of paid parental leave will also be available upon hire date.
