JOB
DUTIES
:

  • Define and lead the architectural
    strategy for the design and implementation of multi-cloud Salesfor
    ce solutions
    (including Salesforce Service, Sales, Marketing, Experience, and Commerce
    Clouds), ensuring alignment with client business objectives and OSF’s
    organizational standards.

  • Lead design and oversee the
    implementation of end-to-end integrated systems, directing subordinate
    professionals and managers in translating business requirements into scalable
    technical solutions and approving timelines, budgets, and architectural designs.

  • Lead the evaluation and
    decision-making process for the use of point-and-click configuration versus
    custom development by establishing and enforcing configuration policies and
    best practices.

  • Mentor and provide architectural
    guidance to solution architects and technical leads, ensuring consistent
    application of Salesforce Lightning, object-oriented programming (Java), and
    multi-cloud capabilities.

  • Confer with business stakeholders
    and senior executives to understand strategic objectives and translate them
    into technical requirements, system designs, and solution delivery strategies.

  • Lead the review of new and
    existing system designs and configurations, ensuring they align with
    architectural standards and best practices.

  • Facilitate knowledge sharing by
    overseeing the development of project deliverables, including presales
    Statements of Work (SOW), Solution Design Documents (SDD), Functional Spec
    Documents (FSD), and Technical Spec Documents (TSD), identifying the need for
    specific resources, and updating plans as needed for execution of information
    technology project implementation.

  • Act as a subject matter expert in
    Salesforce architecture and configuration capabilities, leveraging expertise
    aligned with Salesforce certifications (Marketing Cloud Consultant, Field
    Service Lightning Consultant, Community Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud
    Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Platform App Builder), and representing
    the organization in multi-cloud integration and strategy.

  • Provide leadership in
    troubleshooting and resolving complex architectural issues, setting processes
    for data-driven applications, relational database design, and component-based
    architecture across Salesforce Lightning and multi-cloud environments.

  • Oversee cross-functional team
    operations using Agile/SCRUM methodologies and project management tools
    (including JIRA and Confluence), ensuring coordinated delivery of multicloud
    Salesforce projects and adherence to organizational standards and assigning
    responsibilities as needed.

  • Participate in the development of
    organizational policies, standards, and guidelines, including directing
    recruitment and personnel decisions for technical teams and ensuring alignment
    with architectural standards.

  • 100% remote (work from anywhere in U.S.). Will manage 5-10 professionals (exact titles
    will vary over time but may include Solutions Architects and Technical Leads).




Requirements

REQUIREMENTS
:

  • Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in business
    administration, information systems or related field and 24 months (2 years) of
    professional experience as computer systems architect or any occupation in
    which required experience was acquired.
     
    Professional
    experience must include:

  • Be certified for Salesforce
    Technical Architect, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Field
    Service Lightning Consultant, Salesforce Community Cloud Consultant, Salesforce
    Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant and Salesforce
    Platform App Builder.

  • Experience working with
    object-oriented languages, including Java, data-driven applications and
    relational databases, and component-based software architecture.

  • Experience using the fundamental
    programmatic capabilities of the Salesforce Lightning Platform to develop
    custom interfaces to extend Salesforce capabilities and develop custom business
    logic.

  • Experience extending the
    Salesforce platform using Salesforce Lightning components.

  • Experience working with
    multi-functional teams on the full Salesforce software development lifecycle
    from planning and design to testing and deployment.

  • Experience developing multi-cloud
    solutions with Salesforce, including Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Sales
    Cloud, Salesforce Community Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and coordination
    of Multi-Cloud project implementation.

  • Experience working in solutions architecture,
    including experience defining and implementing architectural strategies that
    leverage point-and-click configuration to drive business value.

In California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, Nevada, Rhode Island, and Vermont, the standard base pay for this role is $159,266 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, Nevada, Rhode Island, and Vermont and may not be applicable to other locations. In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for competitive benefits, individual and team performance awards, others. Actual amounts will vary depending on overall profile, experience, and location.
