Join a supportive, collaborative private practice serving both pediatric and adult clients throughout Southeastern Massachusetts. While our practice is well known for providing high-quality pediatric speech and language services, we also maintain a growing and meaningful adult caseload, offering Clinical Fellows the opportunity to develop skills across the lifespan.
Our adult services include evaluation and treatment of:
- Aphasia
- Cognitive-communication disorders
- Dysarthria and motor speech disorders
- Voice disorders
- Dysphagia (if appropriately trained and interested)
- Neurological conditions including stroke, TBI, Parkinson's disease, and dementia
This unique setting allows a Clinical Fellow to gain valuable experience with both children and adults while receiving mentorship from experienced speech-language pathologists.

Ideal Candidate

Compensation: $74,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
About SaLTS
SaLTS is a dynamic private practice in Dartmouth, MA owned by me, Julie, a speech-language pathologist with 30 years of experience. This means I am wise enough to surround myself with energetic, caring and exceptional SLPs and SLPAs! We are a happy group of eleven, with seven therapists and three administrative staff. SaLTS is well established in the Greater New Bedford area, going on 18 years with new management style adopted within the last few years. We are employee focused to ensure a great working atmosphere, with therapy materials and all necessary equipment provided, competitive pay, excellent benefits package including health insurance reimbursement account, 401k with 3% match, vacation time, sick time, holiday pay, and oh yes, a four day workweek MON-THU (5 days optional for a little extra $$).
