We provide our Hire-to-Retire services along the complete lifecycle of an employee from onboarding to pension services and leverage our powerful ecosystem of leading external and internal partners and our network of key delivery centers. We believe in the value of industry best-practice standards achieved through evolving technology and digitalization. We focus on employee experience as a key driver of our actions. In doing so, we deliver flexibility, quality and efficiency for the businesses we partner with.

Position Overview:

The role will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations across the Middle East region, ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality service delivery. The role focuses on process governance, continuous improvement, stakeholder management, and alignment with global HR standards and local labor regulations.

You’ll make a difference by:

End-to-End H2R Process Management

  • Lead and handle the complete employee lifecycle: onboarding, employee data management, job changes, payroll inputs, benefits administration, leave management, offboarding, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws across Middle East countries.
  • Maintain adherence to global HR policies and internal controls.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of all employee lifecycle transactions.

Service Delivery & Operations

  • Supervise daily HR operations within shared services.
  • Ensure SLA/KPI adherence and high service quality.
  • Act as escalation point for complex H2R cases.
  • Monitor SLAs, quality scores, and productivity metrics

Systems & Data Governance

  • Ensure accurate employee data management in HR systems (e.g., SAP/Workday).
  • Coordinate with multiple teams for system enhancements and issue resolution.
  • Maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Finance, and Compliance teams.
  • Act as regional point of contact for global H2R initiatives.
  • Support internal and external audits.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
  • Lead digitalization and transformation initiatives.
  • Implement standard processes.

Team Leadership (if applicable)

  • Manage and mentor H2R team members.
  • Conduct performance reviews and capability development.
  • Develop a customer-centric and compliance-focused culture.

Your success is grounded in:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6+ years of HR operations experience, with strong exposure to Hire to Retire processes.
  • Experience in a multinational or shared services environment preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Middle East labor laws (UAE, KSA, Qatar, etc.).
  • Experience with SAP / Workday / HR systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exposure to payroll coordination and compliance frameworks.
