PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Print reports for production leads daily


2. Reprint all work order requests from production leads


3. Update reports, distribute to supervisor and saw area


4. Work order process and tracking


5. Calculate cut log and distribute to production control


6. Maintain attendance records


7. Assist with production time cards issues


8. Order supplies


9. Daily review, correction, and distribution of Heat Treat charts


10. Departmental new hire orientation


11. Enter work orders in Max Panda (maint)

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide on the job training to new employees as needed.


2. Follow all safety and health policies and procedures issued by the company.

  KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

1. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.


2. Ability to read tape measure accurately.


3. Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers.


4. Must be familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures of a computer-based maintenance management system.


5. Must have analytical, reasoning and organization skills

  WORKING CONDITIONS

Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment. Safety equipment to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, steel toed work boots, and gloves are required in plant.
