What You'll Do We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Data & Analytics organization, supporting the Strategy Development, Marketing, and Customer Experience product team. This space sits at the intersection of business strategy and data-driven decision making, helping our business sharpen how they go to market, understand their customers, and shape long-term strategic direction. In this role, you will be embedded in a product trio alongside an Engineering Tech Lead and an Analytics Tech Lead, partnering with executive leaders and stakeholders across Strategy, Marketing, and CX to deliver meaningful, measurable outcomes for our business. Responsibilities Partner with the product trio and cross-functional stakeholders to advance strategic business goals through strong product leadership Lead discovery efforts to identify, frame, and prioritize high-impact opportunities for internal stakeholders and business partners Define and champion a clear product vision and strategy aligned to enterprise goals and long-term value creation Monitor product health using performance indicators and metrics, recognizing their connection to strategic outcomes. Who You Are 4+ years of product management, business, or technology experience; or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, military experience, or education 2+ years working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced product environment with technology teams and stakeholders Demonstrated ability to influence, align, and drive decisions across complex, cross-functional teams without formal authority Demonstrated ability to partner with and communicate effectively with executive level leadership Demonstrated ability to make informed product decisions by integrating customer, business, and partner perspectives Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands effectively Skills That Will Help You Stand Out Experience operating in a data and analytics product environment, with an understanding of how data, analytics, and insights come together to inform strategy, marketing, and customer experience decisions Ability to create clarity, direction, and momentum in ambiguous environments where problems are not fully defined Experience balancing urgency with product discipline; knowing when to move quickly to deliver value and when to introduce structure to scale sustainable product practices Experience introducing or evolving product ways of working within teams or organizations that are still maturing in their product model Salary Range Information Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly) $110000 - $133000 / year Time Off Program Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
