The 4flow vision

4flow is the trusted global leader in end-to-end supply chain optimization. Our dedication drives us to make a positive, sustainable impact on our customers, the environment, and society.

What your new challenge will look like

You’ll be working on optaire, our newest offering and an AI-native logistics platform for supply chain planning and execution, built to help customers sense, decide, and act on day-to-day operational changes across their network. You will act as the voice of our U.S. customers within the product organization. You’ll lead discovery efforts, validate product-market fit, and ensure our platform is tailored to the operational realities and expectations of North American logistics market.

This role is part of the Product Management organization and works closely with Go-To-Market Strategy, Marketing, Sales, and Account Management. You will be empowered to help shape the product strategy for North America and drive adoption through customer-centric execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer discovery and validation engagements for the North American market.

  • Translate customer pain points into actionable product requirements.

  • Developed rapid prototypes for user validation and value assessment.

  • Work in collaboration with the global product, UX, and engineering teams to develop and release features.

  • Support customer implementations, ensuring successful onboarding and configuration.

  • Support sales enablement by providing product insights, demos, and roadmap context.

  • Contribute to pricing and go-to-market strategy from a product perspective.

  • Partner with Product Marketing to ensure messaging reflects product capabilities and customer needs.

  • Ensure localization of the optaire for North American market requirements (e.g., compliance, terminology, workflows).

  • Represent North American customer needs in roadmap planning and sprint reviews.

  • Drive and monitor user and customer adoption, including usage metrics and feedback loops.

  • Develop and co-own customer training materials and programs in collaboration with Account Management.

  • Document and communicate findings for asynchronous collaboration across time zones.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Product management experience, in Logistics, Supply Chain, and Enterprise SaaS.

  • Proven track record of customer discovery, implementation support, and market validation.

  • Experience using AI to enable the product management function.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience working in distributed teams across time zones and in asynchronous methods of global collaboration.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.

  • Based in the U.S. with working EST timezone.

What we offer
