PRODUCT MANAGER, ASPHALT PAVER

ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of the Americas team, SANY is seeking a driven, forward-thinking, and highly motivated Product Manager, Asphalt Paver, to lead product strategy and lifecycle execution for SANY’s asphalt paving machine portfolio. You will define market requirements, drive product decisions, and serve as the primary voice of the North American market to SANY's global R&D and engineering teams. This role has real product ownership — you will lead product definition, specification, and roadmap development, not just marketing support.

With deep investment and backing from SANY Group, the Americas business continues to grow rapidly, and this role is critical to delivering competitive, customer-focused products that support long-term market expansion.

This position is responsible for end-to-end product management, including product strategy, application requirements, development, launch, marketing support, and lifecycle management. The Product Manager partners closely with sales, dealers, customers, engineering, product marketing, and product support to define winning product roadmaps and ensure execution aligns with SANY America’s overall strategy and growth objectives.

With current revenues over $500 million, SANY America continues to make strong progress and significant investments in the Americas market; the organization is now pursuing an aggressive growth strategy and is looking to move quickly beyond this initial platform and increase market share.

  • Excellent communication skills — able to present to customers, dealers, and senior leadership with equal confidence.
  • Willingness to travel as needed, including visits to SANY's headquarters and R&D facilities in China; expected to be present at SANY America's Peachtree City, GA office every two months.

 PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
