What you'll be doing

Own and drive the end-to-end product roadmap for your area - whether that's bill payments, rewards, credit health, or AI features - working closely with engineering, design, and data teams.
Partner with stakeholders both internal and external to align on priorities, surface blockers early, and keep high-impact initiatives moving.
Translate user research, behavioural data, and business goals into clear problem statements, crisp PRDs, and actionable feature specs.
Coordinate across functions - growth, partnerships, compliance, and engineering — to ship products on time and at high quality.
Instrument metrics, design and analyse experiments, and iterate relentlessly based on what the data is telling you.
Identify and build new product opportunities in the credit card space - from personalised card recommendations to spend analytics and beyond.

What you'll need

Like us, you'll be deeply committed to building products that genuinely improve how Indians manage and use credit.

2 - 4 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a consumer fintech product.
Prior experience with credit cards or lending is strongly preferred.
Strong stakeholder management skills - you can align engineering, design, business, and external partners without losing momentum.
Comfort with data: you can pull insights from dashboards, run A/B tests, and make decisions backed by numbers, not gut alone.
Excellent written and verbal communication - your PRDs are clear, your presentations are sharp, and you don't over-explain.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment where priorities shift and ownership is high.
