Job Description

Dreamscape Learn, a pioneer in immersive virtual reality learning design, is seeking a Product Manager to help define, package, and scale a complex, multi-modal product ecosystem.

Our product offering spans immersive physical environments, comprehensive curriculum, hardware systems, a digital learning platform, and an enterprise layer with SDK capabilities. This role is responsible for turning that complexity into clear, scalable, and deployable product offerings that can be successfully implemented across institutions.

This is not a traditional feature-focused PM role. You will work across systems—translating high-touch, bespoke experiences into structured, repeatable products that drive adoption, usability, and growth.

As part of the Product Team, you will partner closely with Engineering, Content, and Commercial leadership to shape both what we build and how it comes together as a cohesive product system.

Key Responsibilities

Productization & Packaging

  • Define and evolve what the Dreamscape Learn product offering includes — components, configurations, and packaging
  • Translate complex, multi-layered experiences into clear, modular product offerings
  • Drive simplification, standardization, and modularization across physical, digital, and content layers
  • Ensure products are designed for real-world institutional deployment and scale

Customer Insights & Product Direction

  • Own the translation of customer insight into product direction and prioritization
  • Define how feedback is captured, synthesized, and operationalized
  • Develop a deep understanding of institutional dynamics (faculty, administrators, IT, procurement)
  • Turn ambiguous inputs into clear priorities, tradeoffs, and product decisions

Product Requirements & Execution

  • Write clear, high-quality product requirements, specs, and briefs
  • Break down complex problems into actionable workstreams
  • Drive execution across cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful outcomes

Go-to-Market & Growth Alignment

  • Partner with Commercial and Marketing teams to ensure product offerings are clearly defined and understood
  • Translate product capabilities into scalable offerings that support adoption, expansion, and partner success
  • Ensure alignment between product design and how the product is sold, implemented, and used

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Act as the connective layer across Product, Engineering, Content, and Partnership teams
  • Align stakeholders around priorities, timelines, and decisions
  •  Identify and resolve dependencies and blockers early

Innovation & Systems Thinking

  • Explore how AI and emerging technologies can improve both the product and internal workflows
  • Introduce tools, systems, and processes that increase speed, clarity, and quality
  • Continuously push for more scalable, efficient ways of working
