Job Summary:

Manages the Center Supplies product lines that includes Pinsetter Parts (A/A2, GS-X, NXT, Boost-ST), Scoring parts (legacy and current), and Bowling Parts. Plans, organizes, and executes Center Supplies product lines from concept through the product life cycles including design, testing, product information, technical support, and market trends/competitive analysis. Assists in the development and execution of sales and marketing plans for the Center Supplies product line. Manages, maintains, and distributes Aftermarket pricing files. |

Evaluates current Center Supplies product line and determines which products and services should be offered. This includes product planning, positioning, and messaging that differentiates the products in the market. Coordinates and facilitates all necessary activities on the product development list from product inception to launch and ongoing quality review. Looks for and investigates new growth opportunities for new lines or extensions of existing lines. Provides technical and financial justification for product definition and selection. |

Manages the product introduction process. This includes quantifying all the necessary steps needed to bring the product to market including but not limited to samples, testing, focus groups, coordination with R&D, engineering, sourcing, and other activities. |

Works with sales and marketing to determine product pricing and is responsible for all pricing execution such as maintaining the price list, distributing the price list to appropriate parties, maintaining system pricing and monitoring pricing compliance for all sales transactions. |

Provides product information and necessary samples for the development of marketing materials such as catalogs, sell sheets, trade shows, collateral materials, websites, social media, and videos. |

Ensures customer service is up to date on product and/or price changes including but not limited to new products, discontinued products, product modifications and any price changes for product and/or specific customers. |

Coordinates the transition & training of Warranty management to the customer service group. Ensures the warranty process continues without interruption and that all existing reports, summaries, communication with appropriate parties and customer interaction is managed by the customer service team. |
