We are looking for a highly driven Product
Manager to lead the strategy, development, and enhancement of our core business
Systems (ERP), covering workflows across KYC, operations, compliance, finance,
settlements, and customer lifecycle management. This role sits at the core of
our organisation and involves building scalable, automated systems that power
smooth internal operations and regulatory processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manager to lead the strategy, development, and enhancement of our core business
Systems (ERP), covering workflows across KYC, operations, compliance, finance,
settlements, and customer lifecycle management. This role sits at the core of
our organisation and involves building scalable, automated systems that power
smooth internal operations and regulatory processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the roadmap for all Enterprise Backoffice
& ERP modules such as KYC, onboarding, operations, settlements, compliance,
and finance systems. - Define product vision, long-term strategy,
success metrics, and continuous improvement plans. - Identify inefficiencies, process gaps, and
automation opportunities to enhance internal productivity and reduce manual
operations. - Convert business requirements into PRDs,
workflows, wireframes, and user stories. - Drive product development cycles by
collaborating closely with engineering, design, risk, finance, operations, and
compliance teams. - Ensure all workflows meet regulatory and audit
requirements, with strong checks, audit trails, and control mechanisms. - Build automated verifications, document
processing flows, risk scoring, and review tools. - Partner with compliance, risk, finance,
operations, and customer support teams to gather requirements. - Conduct deep-dive workshops to understand pain
points and system-level dependencies. - Serve as the bridge between functional teams and
technology owners. - Champion user experience by simplifying complex
workflows into intuitive, high-efficiency internal tools.
Key Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Management experience,
ideally across Enterprise Backoffice, ERP, KYC/Onboarding, Fintech Operations,
or Compliance systems. - Strong understanding of workflow automation,
rule engines, BPM tools, OCR/document processing, and micro-service
architecture fundamentals. - Demonstrated experience building or scaling
systems for KYC automation, onboarding funnels, compliance workflows,
risk scoring, or operations tools. - Hands-on expertise in creating PRDs, BRDs,
workflows, journey maps, FSDs, and user stories. - Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
with the ability to deep-dive into complex operational processes. - Proven experience working closely with
engineering teams and translating functional needs into technical
specifications. - Excellent documentation, communication, and
stakeholder management skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced,
high-ownership environment with a focus on precision and operational
excellence.
