Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Vision and Strategy: Define and execute the product vision for cross-border payment solutions, aligning with Glomopay's mission to provide secure and compliant global transactions.

  •  Product Roadmap Development: Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on market trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure the successful launch and maintenance of payment products.

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs, analyzing product performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all payment solutions are compliant with local and global regulations, including AML and CFT standards.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product updates and changes to internal and external stakeholders effectively.

  • Sales Engagement and Growth:

    • Directly engage with merchants from the beginning of the sales cycle to understand their needs and showcase the value proposition of Glomopay's cross-border payment solutions.

    •  Develop and maintain strong relationships with key merchant partners to drive adoption and retention.

    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our merchant base.

  • Requirements

    •  Experience: At least 3+ years of product management experience in fintech, preferably in cross-border payments.

    • Skills: Strong understanding of payment systems, cross-border transactions, and regulatory compliance. Excellent sales and negotiation skills are essential.

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a technical field.

    • Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
