Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with people management experience to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of cybersecurity SaaS products. The ideal candidate has a strong cybersecurity background, experience managing product teams, and a data-driven approach to building and scaling products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define product requirements, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Own the product roadmap and backlog, prioritizing features based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.

  • Analyze product usage, adoption metrics, and customer feedback to drive product decisions.

  • Collaborate with Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful delivery and releases.

  • Drive AI-powered product initiatives, including automation and agent-based capabilities.

  • Contribute to the development of GRC, Email Gateway solutions aligned with compliance and regulatory requirements.

  • Lead product launches, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvements.

  • Mentor and manage product team members.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in a cybersecurity SaaS company (mandatory).

  • Prior people management experience.

  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, product lifecycle management, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.

  • Understanding of cybersecurity, GRC, risk management, or compliance solutions.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
