• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data and commercial teams to deliver high quality, customer centric features at pace.

• Partner with marketing to ensure a cohesive customer journey across in-app and external channels.

• Act as the voice of the customer, bringing deep understanding of budgeting and credit behaviours into product development.

What You Need

• Experience with end-to-end ownership of a mobile app product, ideally including launching or scaling a subscription-based model.

• Experience managing a budgeting or personal finance mobile app, with a strong understanding of user behaviour in this space.

• Experience within a consumer credit or lending business, with a solid grasp of credit products and customer financial journeys.

• An understanding of funnels, cohorts, LTV and conversion and the knowledge to move these metrics through product decisions.

• Proficiency with Claude or equivalent.

Who You Are

• Commercially driven, with proven experience owning or influencing a product P&L, and the ability to balance customer value with revenue growth.

• Highly data driven, comfortable with analytics tools, experimentation and using insights to inform prioritisation.

• Hands on and proactive – comfortable diving into detail, working closely with engineers and analysts and unblocking progress independently.

• You thrive in fast paced, growth focused environments where ambiguity is high and impact is visible.
