Job Description

Product Team

This is a hybrid role and requires presence in our Denver Office twice a week (Local Candidates Only).

The Opportunity

OrthoFi is hiring two Product Managers to own each of our platform products, AcceptCare and OrthoBanc. These are separate roles; candidates will be considered for the position that best fits their background and interests, which will be explored during the screening process.

AcceptCare is OrthoFi's patient treatment presentation and financing tool, the product that sits at the moment a treatment coordinator shows a patient what their care will cost and what their payment options are. It's a high-stakes moment in the patient journey, and AcceptCare is how OrthoFi helps practices navigate it.

OrthoBanc is OrthoFi's patient payment and accounts receivable platform, the system that manages payment plans, collections, and the ongoing financial relationship between practice and patient from contract through completion.

As PM, you'll own the full product lifecycle for your platform: discovery, roadmap, delivery, product support, and go-to-market. You'll work directly with your Director-level leader and partner with an engineering team to keep the product moving, while contributing your product knowledge to a longer-horizon question about how each platform evolves within OrthoFi's broader product architecture. This is a role for someone who wants to do more than execute - you will help shape where the product goes and be accountable for how it performs.

What You Will Do

  • Own your platform product roadmap: Prioritize with rigor, communicate clearly, and keep your Director informed on tradeoffs
  • Lead discovery: Talk to practices and internal ops to understand where the product falls short and where the opportunity is
  • Drive delivery: Act as product owner for your engineering team, write requirements, manage the backlog, participate in sprint ceremonies, and stay close through release
  • Manage production support: Triage issues in your domain, identify patterns, and use them as a signal for where the product needs systematic improvement
  • Coordinate go-to-market: Work with Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations to ensure new capabilities land with clarity and adoption
  • Contribute to platform rationalization: Develop a grounded point of view on how your platform fits within OrthoFi's long-term product architecture and surface that perspective to your Director
  • Partner across the product org: Coordinate with PMs in adjacent domains to account for upstream and downstream effects

What You Will Bring

  • Product experience: 3-5 years of product management experience with demonstrated ownership across the full product lifecycle
  • Product fundamentals: You know how to run discovery, write requirements, prioritize a backlog, and measure outcomes. This is the most important thing we'll assess
  • Domain experience: Experience in vertical SaaS, healthtech, fintech, or a similarly complex B2B environment is a meaningful advantage. You understand what it means to build for SMB operators in a regulated context
  • Data fluency: You can form a hypothesis, pull or request the data to test it, and communicate what you found
  • AI fluency: A working understanding of AI tools and curiosity about where they create product leverage. You don't need to be an expert, but you should be paying attention
  • Clear, direct communication: Equally comfortable in a customer conversation, a sprint planning meeting, and a roadmap review with leadership
  • Ownership mentality: You follow the problem through, not just the ticket

What’s in it for you:

  • Full medical, dental, and vision plans
  • Flexible PTO
  • Employer HSA contribution
  • 9 Company Paid holidays
  • 401(k) match, 3% after 90 days of employment
  • Supportive culture with one-of-a-kind growth opportunities
  • Hybrid in-office and work at home (2 days in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays)
  • Paid Parental Leave as well as a two-week "ease-back" program that enables parents to return part-time at full pay
  • Company and team outings
  • Peer-to-peer recognition program
  • Vendor discounts

Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 base compensation range
