Teamwork and transparent communication are the hallmark of this company. The focus is on high-performance, high customer service and delivery standards. Role Overview
We're looking for a Product Manager who thinks like a business owner. This is not a role focused on managing engineers or running standups — it's a role for someone who obsesses over market opportunity, can build a business case from scratch, and drives products from concept through to measurable outcomes.
You will own the full product lifecycle for one or more product areas: from identifying opportunity and building the business case, through prioritization, delivery, and eventually sunset. You'll pair structured thinking with a data-driven storytelling ability and a working fluency with modern AI tools to move faster, think sharper, and communicate more clearly.
Core Responsibilities
End-to-End Product Ownership: You drive products through the full lifecycle — not just the build phase:
· Identify market opportunities through competitive analysis, customer research, and internal data
· Build business cases: define the problem, size the opportunity, model the ROI, and get buy-in
· Translate strategy into a prioritized roadmap with clear milestones and success criteria
· Manage active features through sprint delivery in partnership with engineering and design
· Evaluate and execute product sunset decisions with the same rigor as launches
Business Modeling & Financial Thinking: You're comfortable building — not just reading — business models:
· Model financial impact of new product features, pricing changes, or market expansions
· Define ROI projections and tie feature investment to measurable business outcomes
· Conduct cost-benefit analysis and present recommendations to leadership
· Revisit and refine financial assumptions as market conditions or data evolve
Data & Storytelling: You use data to drive decisions and shape narratives:
· Define and track product metrics, KPIs, and OKR-aligned success measures
· Analyze product usage, client behavior, and operational data to identify problems and opportunities
· Build clear, compelling data narratives for executive, client, and cross-functional audiences
· Synthesize qualitative and quantitative signals into actionable hypotheses
AI-Augmented Product Management: You actively use AI tools as a force multiplier in your day-to-day work:
· Leverage large language models (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) for drafting, synthesis, and structured thinking
· Build and maintain AI project workspaces (e.g., Claude Projects) to accelerate recurring workflows like documentation, ticket creation, and research
· Apply effective prompting techniques to produce high-quality outputs — briefs, user stories, analysis, and communications
· Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and identify where they can create product or operational value for Openforce
Cross-Functional Communication & Stakeholder Alignment
· Serve as the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, CX, Engineering, and executive stakeholders
· Communicate product strategy, status, and tradeoffs clearly to any audience of internal and external customer
· Highly skilled in expectation management and customer communication
· Extremely personable and able to navigate complex customer questions and requests
· Run discovery sessions, backlog grooming, and roadmap reviews
· Write clear, detailed user stories with value-driven acceptance criteria
· Act as the voice of the customer when direct access isn't possible
