At Colibri Group, culture is a critical part of our collective success, and we live our values everyday: Love, Joy, Boldness, Teamwork, and Curiosity.  These values guide our interactions with each other, our customers, and the community.

Position Overview

As a Product Owner on the Platform Management team, you will be responsible for aligning the business around a product vision, strategy, and roadmap that solves customer problems and drives business value. To do this, you’ll work with key stakeholders in the business to understand market trends and business objectives. You will use this knowledge, along with a keen understanding of the competitive landscape to create a vision, strategy, design, and plan for how your product line will meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.

As this position serves the enterprise across multiple industries, your product line vision and plan has an eye to bringing value across the enterprise. You are adept at prioritizing ideas and objectives based on speed to market and opportunity. As a self-starter, you know the next move to keep the team on track, have excellent communication skills, and are comfortable working in a dynamic environment. You have technical acumen and can keep up with Engineering but aren’t afraid to ask for clarity or question assumptions. You are organized and can create clear project plans with key milestones and dependencies. You can succinctly articulate requirements in standard Agile user stories in Product Requirement Documents with explicit outcomes and key results. If you love bringing products to life (in both buy and build solutions), are passionate about making a difference in people’s lives, and are an easy-going, resilient team player, we want to meet you!
