As we expand, we’re seeking a reliable, hands-on leader to join our Richmond Team. This role connects Sales, Production, Inventory, and Shipping to ensure orders are accurate, on schedule, and delivered successfully.

- $20/hr to $25/hr (depending on experience)

What You’ll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
- 2+ years experience in production coordination, logistics, shipping, or manufacturing support
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
What You’ll Do
- Manage and track production jobs in the ERP system
- Ensure orders are released, scheduled, and moving smoothly through production
- Coordinate materials, job flow, and priorities to meet deadlines
- Create and manage production and shipping documentation
- Schedule shipments, process manifests, and track deliveries
- Resolve shipping issues (delays, damages, shortages)
- Communicate order and delivery status to customers and internal teams
