MULTIPLE SHIFT OPENINGS:

Please select which shifts you are interested in when completing the application questionnaire.

1st Shift: 12PM-8:30PM

2nd Shift: 7PM-3:30AM

3rd Shift: 3AM-11:30AM

 

Position Information:  Administrative support of the efforts of the Production Department. Handles data entry, receives incoming orders, prints finished goods labels, assists with product and inventory needs for daily orders. Provides assistance with tasks and projects as assigned. Cross trained to perform production associate duties to assist with the efficiency of the Production Department.

 

 

Essential Position Functions: 

  • Receives and prints daily orders 
  • Coordinates with Production Associate 2 (Lead) and provides printed daily orders 
  • Prints finished goods labels 
  • Communicates needs for product pulls and put-aways with Warehouse operator 
  • Makes raw item inventory adjustments in WMS (warehouse management system) 
  • Other Duties as Assigned 

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 

  • Strong customer service and communication skills required. 
  • Strong data entry skills – high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Preferable with warehouse management software. 
  • Ability to handle fast paced environment with frequent interruptions. 
  • Ability to be self-directed and self-motivated, as well as work with a team.  
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.  

 

Education & Experience: 

  • A minimum of one-year office support experience in a warehouse/production environment. 
  • Strong computer experience, including Microsoft Office Suite

Requirements

 

Work Environment: 

  • This job operates in a production warehouse environment.  This role uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
  • Located in a refrigerated warehouse environment. 

 

Physical Demands: 

  • Standing and walking consistently.  
  • Lift up to 50 pounds on a continuous basis. 
  • Able to work in an open office warehouse environment with raised voice level noise and stay focused on duties.

 

Supervisory Responsibility: 

  • This position has no direct Supervisory responsibility.
  • This position receives Supervision depending upon the assignment. In some cases, Supervisor outlines steps involved in completing assignments or standard procedures are available to enable the employee to work in a routine fashion. The end results of this work are sometimes checked.
