The Production Manager will be responsible for all aspects of scheduled production and field technician enablement. Such responsibility and tasks include hiring, training, coaching, oversight, management and field based tech assistance as needed. The Production Manager will be required to assist technicians with varying aspects of work in the field which could include completing scheduled work, troubleshooting equipment, dealing with customer satisfaction issues and in the field training. There will be frequent travel to various service addresses to assist and/or oversee the technicians perform services such as: wash and/or clean exterior surfaces of houses & buildings, exterior windows, sidewalks, driveways, pool decks, patios, roofs, etc. for residential homes, neighborhood associations, and property management companies. Similar tasks may be performed at commercial client locations such as restaurants, office parks, retail centers, etc. The Production Manager will work closely with members of the Customer Service and Dispatch team to ensure we provide a seamless experience for the client.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs and stand majority of the day
• NOT afraid of heights or working on ladders (absolute must)
• Effective communication skills (you will be interacting with clients)
• Professional appearance and personality
• Must pass background and motor vehicle check
• 2+ years of direct management experience
• Ability to effectively multi task for extended periods of time
• Proficient in both oral and written communications
• Able to represent the company in a professional manner

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the production of 5-10 jobs/projects a day
• Oversee a team of 4-6 technicians at any given time
• Hire, train, evaluate and coach field technicians on company/industry best practices
• Ensure jobs/projects are completed on time and budget
• Ensure all service vehicles and equipment are routinely maintained
• Ensure all tools and equipment required for the job are stocked and ready for service 
• Communicate details about projects with field technicians
• Optimize and develop training plans and processes for field technicians
• Understand and frequently communicate company policies and SOPs with field technicians
• Frequently communicate and interact with office staff to ensure details of jobs/projects are understood
• Assist with client satisfaction issues as needed
