- Lead and supervise production employees on your shift
- Drive safety, quality, and production performance
- Conduct pre-shift meetings and assign daily work
- Monitor production, materials, and inventory accuracy
- Coach, train, and develop team members
- Handle employee relations and performance feedback
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies
- Collaborate effectively across departments and with other supervisors and managers
- Complete daily reports and support continuous improvement effort
- 3+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing
- Strong coaching and team-building skills
- Ability to manage safety, quality, and production priorities
- Experience with inventory systems and reporting (ERP systems a plus)
- Steel or heavy manufacturing experience preferred
- Associate degree (or equivalent experience) preferred
