The Production Supervisor will lead and motivate a shift in order to fulfill operating procedures, meet the production schedule, and develop production team members to create an efficiently operating production team structure. Directs labor force to meet goals and deadline for the shift.

Production Supervisor

Minimum 3 years supervising employees, 2 years manufacturing experience preferred. Ensure QA, sanitation, GMPs, HACCP, and safety compliance; manage shift performance, mentor team members, and report production metrics.
