Job Description

What You’ll Do 

  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment 
  • Perform advanced production processes including assembly, testing, and product inspection 
  • Operate specialized equipment such as sonic welders and kit machines 
  • Ensure products meet strict quality standards through detailed inspection and testing 
  • Maintain clean, organized, and compliant workstations 
  • Follow all safety, PPE, and manufacturing procedures 
  • Identify and escalate equipment or production issues quickly 
  • Support production goals by working efficiently and accurately 
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure smooth operations 
  • Participate in ongoing training and skill development 

What We’re Looking For 

Required: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality 
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods 

Preferred: 

  • 2+ years of manufacturing or production experience 
  • Experience operating and troubleshooting production equipment 
  • Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing environments

Work Environment & Schedule
