YOU COULD BE A FIT IF YOU...

Have at least 1 year of MIG welding experience.Can produce clean, strong, air- and liquid-tight welds.Take pride in doing quality work—not just getting it done.Enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.Are comfortable with physical work including lifting, bending, and standing throughout the shift.Can follow written and verbal instructions and work to specifications.Work well with others and contribute to a positive team environment.Are willing to learn, improve, and take on new challenges.Perform other duties as assigned to support production needs.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to stand, bend, squat, twist, stretch, and reach repetitively throughout standard and extended working hours.

Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

All personnel must wear the following PPE at all times while on the production floor:

Safety glasses
Ear protection (earplugs)
Steel-toed boots or shoes
Welding hood
Grinding face shield
Welding gloves
Fall protection harness — required when working at elevations exceeding 4 feet
