Duties

You will lead diverse, cross-functional matrixed teams including chief engineers, technical leads, and support staff to ensure project execution aligns with the Master Range Strategy and broader organizational mission objectives.,You will drive these cross-functional teams and holds them accountable for meeting critical schedule, performance, and budget commitments.,You will be responsible for directing the preparation and execution of high-visibility program and milestone events.,You will organize Acquisition Readiness Reviews (ARR), semi-annual Kick-Offs, Mid-Year reviews, Program Objective Memorandum (POM) formal Program Reviews, and Project Management Reviews (PMR).,You will negotiate and maintain positive, proactive relationships with resource sponsors, internal stakeholders, and external partners (such as NAVFAC).

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band (DA-04) or equivalent grade level in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing some or all of the following: 1. Assisting in the quantitative and qualitative analysis of complex project portfolios to evaluate overall project health and performance; 2. Tracking financial execution, budgets, and technical milestones using enterprise software (e.g., ERP systems); 3. Drafting standard acquisition and project documentation, including Statements of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statements (PWS), and Project Charters; 4. Supporting cross-functional teams in the preparation and execution of high-visibility project reviews and milestone events.
