The Program & Research Manager provides day-to-day operational leadership for a federally funded maternal and child health research center. The position coordinates programmatic, research, evaluation, and compliance activities to ensure successful implementation of project aims, adherence to sponsor and institutional requirements, and timely completion of all deliverables.
