POSITION SUMMARY:

The Program Manager leads overall execution of the contract and manage a multidisciplinary workforce supporting software development, courseware, training operations, accreditation, multimedia, technical writing, AV support, and instruction. This role serves as the primary contractor point of contact to CBP, the CO, COR, stakeholders, and customers, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, within budget, and in compliance with DHS/CBP/AMO requirements.


DUTIES

·        Provide strategic leadership, contract administration, resource planning, risk management, and performance oversight across all service areas.

·        Supervise project managers/task leads; ensure team productivity, staffing stability, quality, and customer satisfaction.

·        Lead development and delivery of staffing plans, project plans, weekly activity reports, monthly status reports, QAP inputs, financial estimates, risk mitigation plans, meeting minutes, transition plans, and other contract deliverables.

·        Ensure compliance with federal security, privacy, accessibility, Section 508, DHS/CBP policy, and AMO operational standards.

·        Facilitate stakeholder meetings, resolve issues, and maintain direct communication with the COR.

 

EDUCATION

·        Bachelor’s degree.

·        Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

·        Minimum of 3 years of experience in program or project management.

·        Proficiency with Microsoft Project, JIRA, Microsoft Office, Teams, and similar management/reporting tools.

·        Knowledge of federal contract deliverables, staffing plans, quality assurance, risk management, and stakeholder reporting.
