About this Opportunity


Lead end-to-end execution of the EMS program, ensuring delivery, quality, and governance across multiple project streams, while driving supplier accountability and stabilizing program performance.
•    Ensure alignment between Ericsson and EMS across production, supply chain, and project execution
•    Drive recovery plans, delivery commitments, and operational stability
•    Act as the central owner for governance, escalation, and communication

 

What you will do


1. Program Leadership & Delivery
•    Own overall program execution across all streams (e.g., Everest, Kilimanjaro, AMU)
•    Drive delivery against committed milestones and production targets
•    Ensure recovery plans are defined, tracked daily, and executed 
2. Governance & Structure
•    Establish and enforce program governance, roles, and responsibilities
•    Ensure clarity of ownership across all functions and streams
•    Define and manage escalation paths internally and with EMS 
3. Supplier & Partner Management (EMS)
•    Hold EMS accountable for delivery, quality, and commitments
•    Ensure adherence to agreed production, supply, and reporting processes
•    Lead escalations as per matrix with EMS leadership when targets are missed 
4. Production & Operational Execution
•    Monitor production performance, backlog, and output
•    Ensure production readiness (quality, materials, validation) before shipments
•    Oversee production relocation, ramp-ups, and capacity planning
5. Supply Chain & Material Readiness
•    Ensure material availability, supplier alignment, and accurate planning
•    Drive mitigation for shortages, delays, and logistics issues
•    Establish a single source of truth for reporting and planning 
6. Quality & Compliance
•    Ensure strict quality validation before product release
•    Drive resolution of technical issues (e.g., VSWR, soldering, component quality)
•    Enforce quality audits and approvals before ramp-up 
7. Communication & Reporting
•    Lead program steering meetings and executive updates
•    Provide transparent status on risks, actions, and performance
•    Ensure consistent communication across Ericsson and EMS teams 
8. Risk & Issue Management
•    Identify and manage program risks across delivery, supply, and quality
•    Drive mitigation plans and track execution
•    Escalate critical risks to leadership

•    EMS: Program Management, Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Leadership
 

What you will bring


Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations
Program / project certifications  e.g, PMP, PjMP 
Experience of 10 + years and at least 5 years of leading large Programs/ Projects of infrastructure
Experience in:
•    Managing external suppliers / EMS / partners
•    Supply Chain Management
•    Multi-site / global manufacturing or supply chain environments
•    Managing risks and driving mitigation plans with ownership
•    Escalation Management and Governance of large infrastructure programs/ projects
Excellent communication skills and managing senior stakeholders
Manufacturing experience is an added advantage
