Are you an experienced Program Manager, looking for a challenging and dynamic role? BAE Systems’ Countermeasures & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA) Business Area has an immediate opening for a highly motivated Program Manager in the Integrated Survivability Solutions (ISS) Product Line.  This role is to manage the development of a laser based pointing system over a number of contracts.  This Program Manger role will be focused on both execution and capture of follow-on efforts.

Required Skills and Education

To be considered for this Program Manager position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business-related discipline.
  • Experience: A minimum of 12 years of experience leading technical and program teams through all phases of the lifecycle.
