NIKA is hiring for a Program Manager to support the Defense Health Agency’s (DHA) DMLSS Program based in San Antonio, TX. Remote will be considered for the right candidate.

Job Description:
- Responsible for providing leadership, management, oversight, and coordination for all contract matters relating to daily operation.
- Will provide technical and professional direction and guidance to the program.
- Develops and implements processes, procedures, and initiatives to effectively and successfully execute contract requirements, monitor progress, enhance performance, and address and resolve performance deficiencies.
- Ensuring assigned projects are completed on time, and within approved scope and budget.
- Maintaining effective communication with the Government, sharing knowledge, demonstrating a business-like concern for the client’s interests, and facilitating program integration.
- Effective and efficient management and leadership of the contracting organization’s resources to meet all specifications and expectations of the contract.
- Ensuring contract performance in accordance with the direction and policies of NIKA.
- Works closely with staff in developing and implementing strategies, processes, and initiatives in order to achieve customer satisfaction, and meet and/or exceed performance requirements.
Requirements
- 5 years of Program Management support experience
- Experience in assembling technical documents and providing detailed analysis of various business system functions.
- Experience developing executive-level briefings and presentations.
- Ability to lead or contribute to the development of technical reports and procedures.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite programs such as Word, Excel, Access, Project, and Power Point
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and Operating Systems.
- Working Knowledge of Enterprise DMLSS/LogiCole FM methodologies
- Working Knowledge of Complex Management methodologies
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to obtain a Clearance Access Card (CAC)
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline from an accredited institution with a minimum of four (4) years in DoD (or) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline from an accredited institution with a minimum of eight (8) years of DoD experience. One (1) year must relate to principal duties and responsibilities.
- Three (3) years of experience in medical facility management or related field.
- Experience will be considered in place of degree.
