šŸ’° Pay Range: $70,304 - $72,000

The salary range for this position is $70,304- $72,000 per year for employees hired in the Central Valley, CA. The pay range provided in this job posting represents the typical range or starting rate of candidates hired within the Central Valley region. We’re seeking an experienced leader to join our Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP) as a Program Supervisor. This role is big-picture and multi-site focused, coaching and mentoring Program Supervisors and their teams across cottages to ensure consistent, high-quality, trauma-informed care.

AspiranetĀ isĀ seekingĀ a confident, trauma-informed leader to serve as aĀ Program SupervisorĀ within ourĀ Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP).Ā 

This role is ideal for someone who has supervised teams in residential care, behavioral health, education, facility management, or youth-serving environments — and is ready to lead within a structured, care-focused, and quality-oriented residential setting.Ā 

You will oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential cottage,Ā supervisingĀ Therapeutic Youth Counselors and partnering with Behavioral Health and Social Work teams to ensure a safe, structured, and healing environment for youth.Ā 

šŸ” Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & SupervisionĀ 

  • Supervise, coach, and develop Therapeutic Youth CounselorsĀ 
  • Lead scheduling, training engagement, and performance feedbackĀ 
  • Foster a positive, accountable team cultureĀ 
  • Model trauma-informed leadership and conflict resolution
  • Ability to respond to emergencies on-siteĀ 
  • Operate within residential and community environments Ā 

Cottage OperationsĀ 

  • Manage daily program rhythms, routines, and activitiesĀ 
  • Ensure youth basic needs areĀ consistently met (appointments, clothing, supplies, rituals, structure)Ā 
  • Oversee activity planning (on-site and community-based)Ā 
  • Support fiscal and administrative functions within budget parametersĀ 

Trauma-Informed Practice & Crisis LeadershipĀ 

  • Apply and mentor staff in ARC, CRM, ProAct principles, and other program modalities.Ā 
  • Lead and debrief crisis interventionsĀ 
  • Ensure crisis response aligns with agency care and supervision standardsĀ 
  • Support strength-based, individualized case planningĀ 

Compliance & Documentation OversightĀ 

  • Ensure compliance with Community Care Licensing (CCL), Joint Commission (TJC), and agency standardsĀ 
  • Oversee documentation quality and timelinessĀ 
  • Serve as an agency representative when neededĀ 

This role requires someone who canĀ balanceĀ structure and compassion, accountability and support,Ā complianceĀ and care.Ā 

āœ… Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’sĀ degree in a related fieldĀ ORĀ equivalent CDSS-recognized experienceĀ 
  • Two years of experience working with the population served (or equivalent)Ā 
  • Supervisory or management experience preferredĀ 
  • Ability to meet Community Care Licensing requirementsĀ

  • On-site role in Turlock, CA.
  • Shift: Sunday 3:00pm-11:00pm, Monday & Tuesday 12:00pm-8:00pm, Wednesday & Thursday 3:00pm -11:00pm
  • Occasional flexibility required to meet program and client needs.
