What You Will Contribute to OHM Advisors
As a Project Architect on our Architecture team, you will be involved in the design process from start to finish of a project. This position will be suited to work on a variety of project types and complexities. Projects at OHM are exciting! They are unique projects with the singular goal of Advancing Communities.
You will be working with a team of exceptional architects, engineers, urban designers, and first-class clients on projects that improve the lives of those living in the communities we serve. Our projects include municipal, K-12 educational campuses, multi-family housing, healthcare, hospitality, residential, and office uses. We work on exciting mixed-use projects and public-private partnership projects between communities and developers.
Your Responsibilities
Responsible for coordinating a team’s effort to complete projects promptly and successfully.
- Design and draft project plans and presentations.
- Develops work plans, schedules, and budgets for PM related to technical tasks of a Scope of Services.
- Performs quality assurance and quality control of project deliverables as determined by the PM.
- Meet with clients to determine scope, review plans and presentations, and act as intermediary between client and architectural team.
- Stays abreast of and maintains expertise in industry-specific standards, codes, permit agency requirements, and community requirements.
- Possesses a strong understanding of OHM services and relate to our clients’ needs.
