Benecard PBF is seeking a Project Coordinator to perform and oversee various project management office processes and the application helpdesk. A high level of professionalism is required as this position will interact will all departments and executive teams. Under the direction of the PMO Manager, this individual will drive the business request process through a project management approach which emphasizes posing analytical questions, coordinating the collection of information, and collaborating for a solution.
This role is required on-site in either Bonita Springs FL or Mechanicsburg PA. Hybrid and remote work is not available at this time.
Responsibilities: • Maintain PMO policies & procedures in the Documentation Library.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Administrative experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required Knowledge of JIRA, SharePoint and Mantis is preferred Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Organizational and time management skills Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or managed care industry preferred.
