Job Description

Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting corporate culture, and activities as well as business meetings, events and activities.

 

    Responsibilities

    • Support corporate culture calendar and activities.
    • Support business meetings, events and activities.
    • Execute all corporate culture and holiday events for CTDI headquarters branches.
    • Support employee recognition activities and employee appreciation events at branch locations
    • Contribute to the execution of CTDI CARES events
    • Collaborate with branch ambassadors for employee recognition events and employee appreciation activities such as milestone service anniversaries and employee retirements.
    • Organization and management of employee and event photo archives.
    • Purchasing and tracking of department materials and tracking of expenses.
    • Supports all branch communications of the West Chester campus.
    • Supports corporate initiatives such as Summer Internship Program.
    • Supports internal communications, signage and branding including order review and approvals, branch readiness reviews and branding requirements.
    • Manages volunteers for West Chester culture and holiday events.

    Required Skills

    • Strong Interpersonal, presentation, communication and writing skills
    • Well-organized, process/detail oriented with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Team player and an excellent communicator who can work with a variety of people at various levels
    • Ability to work autonomously and proactively to identify and impact corporate culture activities, while also identifying and resolving issues

    Required Experience

    • 1-3 years experience in the Marketing, special events or related field
    • Experience working in a PC environment
    • Experience with Microsoft Office
