Job Description
Position Summary
The Project Coordinator will work with the entire team including, but not limited to, Executive Team, Project Management Team, Estimating and Preconstruction Team and Finance Team. The Project Coordinator will act as the liaison amongst the teams, being the main administrator of all project information from beginning to end of each project.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive, Project Management, Estimating, Preconstruction, Finance, and Executive Team Members in all administrative aspects of the project from beginning to end
  • Improve and maintain consistent and clear communication between all team members, as well as vendors, subcontractors, clients, etc.
  • Data entry and maintenance in various construction platforms to assist the teams in adhering to budgets and deadlines
  • Swift resolution of issues as they arise, working with various team members
  • Various daily office administration, which may include receiving, distributing, and shipping of mail and packages, as well as other office administrative support, as needed
  • Monitor and provide updates on project timelines
  • Help identify and work through any potential issues or concerns that may arise before, during, and/or after the project, promptly assisting in the resolution of these issues professionally working with all levels of teammates, vendors, clients, subcontractors, etc.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare meeting agendas, maintain meeting minutes, as needed, on a regular basis
 
Qualifications
  • General understanding of general contracting and/or construction projects is preferred
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills with all levels of teammates
  • Proficient in oral and written presentations
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
Physical Requirements
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee will frequently walk and sit; use hands and fingers, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or listen.
  • The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
  • Regular and predictive attendance is mandatory.
